Located next door to Mount (Mt) Pleasant Elementary School in North Wilmington, Edgemoor Community Center offers pre-school childcare, computer tutorial, school-age before and after school care, recreational services, summer camp, youth work programs, and instructional classes in North Wilmington, DE. Edgemoor Community Center also leases building space to programs serving the community. Facilities are available for community and group events and meetings. United Way 2012 Campaign
The 2012 United Way Campaign is now underway to better the lives of all Delawareans. The United Way of Delaware plays a vital role in the services offered by Edgemoor Community throughout the entire year.
Edgemoor Community Center is a United Way of Delaware Partner and receives contributions designated by individuals through workplace campaigns. You may designate to ECC using the number 706.

ECC has received a Strategic Prevention Framework - State Incentive
Grant through Delaware Substance Abuse and Mental Health of DHSS. ECC
is currently working with Presbyterian Church of the Covenant, St.
Helena's, BVT Ministries, and Faith Victory Christian Center to reduce
the use and abuse of alcohol among North Wilmington youth between 12 and 18
years of age. We are looking for all interested organizations to
participate in this coalition to address this pressing issue. For
