Profile
ECC
is a not-for-profit, community-based, multi-service agency located just
north of the City of Wilmington. We
provide a broad range of educational,
recreational, self-enrichment, and family support services.
ECC primarily serves the
geographic area between the southern
boundary of Claymont and the northern boundary of the City of Wilmington.
Over five
thousand individuals use the agency’s services each
year.
